This paper, based on the characteristics of power grid digitalization projects, elaborates on their work classification, cost composition, and measurement models. It also analyzes the factors influencing the cost measurement of digitalization projects with power grid characteristics, providing important decision support for the capital allocation of power grid digitalization projects, and effectively ensuring their investment efficiency and construction quality.
