Prioritization Comparison Model for Power Grid Investment Projects Based on Combination Weights
As smart grid advancements and the extensive use of renewable energy progress, it's essential to develop a well-founded and rational framework of investment indicators for assessing the viability of grid infrastructure projects. This paper proposes a prioritization model for grid investment projects based on portfolio weights, and the results of the arithmetic analysis show that the model can quantify the benefits of grid infrastructure projects from three dimensions, namely, external environment, profitability, and social contribution, so as to prioritize the investment of the projects.
