Under the background of rural revitalization strategy, the development of regional rural health tourism is the focus of tourism scientific research and practice. In this paper, the spatial distribution pattern of rural health tourism demonstration villages in Luoyang city is studied by nuclear density analysis and standard deviation ellipse method, and the influencing factors of rural health tourism demonstration villages in Luoyang city are studied by geographical detector. Results: (1) As a whole, the rural health tourism demonstration villages in Luoyang City showed a spatial pattern of more north and south, less east and west; (2) In terms of density characteristics, there are two main core areas centered in the south of Xin 'an County and Luanchuan County, and a secondary core in the north of Ruyang County, Song County. The two main and one secondary core areas cover 63% of the health care demonstration villages in Luoyang City; (3) In terms of influencing factors, the spatial distribution of rural health tourism demonstration villages in Luoyang City is jointly affected by various factors, and the most influential factors are forest coverage rate, air quality rate and average annual precipitation.
