Forensic operations under martial law: psychological and legal aspects
The study is dedicated to analysing psychological and legal aspects affecting forensic activities under martial law. The work examines the impact of military actions on the psycho-emotional state of forensic experts, the challenges they face, and possible ways to overcome them. In particular, it emphasises the need to implement psychological support and rehabilitation programs to prevent the emotional burnout of experts. From a legal perspective, the study highlights the need to improve legislation regulating forensic activities to adapt to martial law conditions. The importance of ensuring legal protection for forensic experts and improving interaction mechanisms between forensic institutions and law enforcement agencies is identified. Organisational aspects of the study include optimising the work of forensic institutions, ensuring workplace safety, creating mobile teams to work in dangerous areas, and implementing remote work methods and modern technologies. The study's results underscore the need for a comprehensive approach to ensuring practical forensic activities under martial law, considering psychological, legal, organisational, and technological aspects.
