Operational Planning of TITIP: Entrust Services Mobile Platform Application

The high consumerism and instant lifestyle of Indonesian urban society has driven the growth of Amanah Jastip Service business which offers solutions for those who want to get goods without having to come to a physical location. The increasing number of internet and e-commerce users in Indonesia, especially in Java, further strengthens the market potential of the digital Jastip platform. However, many Jastip platforms in Indonesia have stagnated in feature development, which ends in negative user reviews and declining interest from new users. To answer this challenge, this study designed the TITIP application, a Jastip platform that emphasizes innovative features for users and service providers, such as integrated location maps, cost negotiation options, various payment methods, delivery services, and advertising features for service providers. This application aims to create an information technology-based solution that not only provides convenience but also has the potential to increase profitability, market position, and productivity. This research is expected to contribute to the development of the Jastip industry in Indonesia by answering technical challenges and meeting the growing needs of users. Through sustainable technology optimization and business strategies, the TITIP platform is expected to be a pioneer in providing effective services that meet the needs of modern consumers while encouraging the growth of the digital economy in Indonesia.
