A Study on the Neodymium Doped Yttrium Calcium Oxyborate
Abstract: Neodymium-doped yttrium calcium oxyborate (Nd:YCOB) is a superb self-frequency doubling crystal that combines the photoluminescence characteristics of the Nd3+ ions with the non-linear characteristics of the YCOB matrix. It is frequently employed as an active laser medium and is a nonlinear optical crystal. [22]
