THE ROLE OF THE ENLİGHTENMENT MOVEMENT İN THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATİON İN NAKHCHİVAN AT THE END OF THE 19TH CENTURY AND THE BEGİNNİNG OF THE 20TH CENTURY

At the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, school, enlightenment, science, education became the main issue of social, political and cultural life in Nakhchivan. During that period, as a result of the activity of educators, the number of new educational centers increased in the Nakhchivan region, and enlightenment reached a high level. The pedagogical problems that concerned them more were the establishment of secular schools, teaching in the mother tongue, and the involvement of girls in education.
