PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MECHANISM OF JOINT PUBLIC PROCUREMENT IN CONSTRUCTION

In this paper, the conditions under which construction companies participate in supplier selection procedures for state needs were determined, and the main reasons for non-execution of budget funds allocated for construction, reconstruction, or major repairs were identified. In conclusion, a proposal was formulated to modernize the procedure for public procurement, and examples from domestic and foreign practice were provided.
