Unhealthy work allowance and profile of workers at a federal university before and after adoption of the concession module of Integrated Health Care Subsystem for Civil Servants
Although this remote management system standardized procedures, allowed remote access to information, and reduced expenses related to unhealthy allowances, it was not developed with a focus on disease or accident prevention, nor on the promotion of worker health.
