Harmonisation processes and practical implementation of machine-interpretable digital calibration certificates
Digital calibration certificates are widely regarded as a major step towards more efficient and less error-prone processes in calibration, quality management, and production. It is vital to agree on a structured, standardised and globally accepted format of DCCs to unlock the full benefits and enable high levels of automation and machine-interpretability of the information transferred in this way. The work presented here shows how this can be achieved by harmonisation and showcases practical implementation aspects.
