EVALUATION OF THE INTERIOR AUTHENCITY OF TRADITIONAL KEMALİYE HOUSES WITH ANALYTICAL HIYERARCHY PROCESS
In this study, the interior originality of traditional houses located in Kemaliye district of Erzincan province was investigated. Accordingly, 20 registered traditional houses located on the main line of Kemaliye district and on the route frequently visited by visitors were included in the scope of the research. For the field study, photographs were taken of each house, and a building catalogue was created that included the building description and survey drawings. The interior originality of these houses was evaluated by 10 experts who have done scientific studies and thesis consultancy in the fields of Kemaliye houses, traditional Turkish houses and originality in architecture. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) evaluation form used in the study was applied to academic staff working in the architecture, architectural restoration, cultural heritage protection and repair departments of universities, architects who have done restoration work, employees of the Erzurum Cultural Heritage Protection Regional Directorate, and local masters who have done restoration work in the region. The data obtained were tested with the fuzzy logic analysis method and the authenticity values of the houses were converted into numerical data. With this method, instead of the opinions of a single person, different opinions were integrated and analysed. As a result of the findings obtained, it was aimed to protect the authenticity of the traditional houses in the Kemaliye region, which is included in the temporary heritage list by UNESCO, to determine the appropriate intervention methods, and important results were reached that will help the process of transferring these houses, which are cultural heritage, to future generations.
