A decision-making algorithm with circular complex intuitionistic fuzzy information and their application in cognitive wireless communications
Cognitive wireless communications is a model or technique that is used to combine cognitive radio technology with wireless communication systems. They are used for the adaptation and optimization of different devices, networks, and systems based on the information derived from the environment of their own experiences. It involves intellectual and adaptive communication approaches that allow wireless devices to effectively use the radio continuum. In this manuscript, we present a decision-making framework to study this communication through the idea of circular complex intuitionistic fuzzy sets. To address it properly, we firstly present some operational laws between the pairs of the circular complex intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. Then, we defined some weighted averaging and geometric operators using Dombi t-norm and Dombi t-conorm and discuss their fundamental properties. Furthermore, we presented the algorithm for solving the decision-making problems based on the stated operators for evaluating the best features and concepts of cognitive wireless communications. Finally, we demonstrate some numerical examples for addressing the comparison between proposed techniques and existing operators to evaluate the supremacy and validity of the derived operators.
