The current operation and management of hub airports are facing an urgent need for improvement and efficiency. This article analyzes and summarizes the current status and pain points of hub airport operations, incorporates successful experiences from intelligent operations centers in smart cities and industrial parks, and expounds on the necessity and feasibility of constructing intelligent operations centers for hub airports. It examines the critical capabilities of such centers and identifies the necessary conditions for their establishment, providing reference for the construction of intelligent systems in the operational management departments of hub airports.
