Research on intelligent monitoring system of crop light intensity based on ZnO/P3HT self-powered photodetector
Different varieties of crops have different needs for sunlight, and too strong solar radiation may lead to leaf curl, stalk tilt, fruit atrophy, and other unfavorable conditions for growth. The traditional artificial light intensity monitoring method has many problems, such as time and effort and low efficiency. To solve this problem, an agricultural intelligent device based on light intensity monitoring is developed in this paper. The device is composed of four parts: a self-powered photodetector, Polyethylene terephthalate (PETG) material test frame, monitoring system and an illumination simulation system. Zinc oxide/poly3-hexylthiophene (ZnO/P3HT) based self-powered photodetector prepared in the laboratory was used as a photoresistor to convert the incident light signal into an electrical signal and realize real-time monitoring of light intensity. The device is helps realize the intelligent management and control of the agricultural production process, improving agricultural production efficiency, reduce manual and physical labor, reducing production cost, and other advantages, and has broad application prospects and important popularization value.
