Research on vibration characteristics of CK61125X horizontal CNC machine tool
The vibration characteristics of CNC machine tools have become one of the important indexes to evaluate their performance. In this paper, ANSYS software is used to calculate and test the dynamic performance of CK61125 X CNC lathe, and the vibration parameters of the machine tool are obtained, which effectively evaluates the machining characteristics of the machine tool. In terms of modal analysis, the first six natural frequencies of the machine tool are 187 Hz, 253 Hz, 260 Hz, 300 Hz, 303 Hz, 393 Hz. In the aspect of harmonic response analysis, the frequency spectra of the machine tool in X/Y/ Z directions are obtained. The modeling results show that the main frequencies are 260 Hz, 540 Hz and 780 Hz. In terms of machine tool performance testing, the main frequencies of the machine tool along the X / Y / Z directions are peaked at 320 Hz and 600 Hz. Comparing the machine tool vibration in the three directions of X / Y / Z when the spindle speed is 100 rpm. The larger amplitude of the spectrum is 449 Hz, 684 Hz and 726 Hz. It can be concluded that the common spectral frequency of X / Y / Z directions is 435 Hz. The results show that this frequency is the high frequency spectrum of machine tool vibration.
