Analysis of Network Resilience for Physical-Logical Dual-Layer Networks in Network Management Nodes

Physical-logical dual-layer networks are widely utilized in the field of information transmission and play a crucial role in ensuring the security of critical information. In light of network attack issues, it is imperative to explore how to enhance the resilience of these networks against attacks. Previous studies on network attacks have primarily focused on the role of backup paths in improving network resilience. In reality, network owners often have restoration mechanisms to recover some functionali-ties. This paper introduces a network management node model with a restoration mechanism into the original physical-logical dual-layer network model. The study analyzes the effect of this model on enhancing network resilience from the perspective of network management nodes and compares it with the backup path strategy. The findings indicate that the enhancement of network resilience by network management nodes and backup paths has a cumulative relationship. Moreover, the study reveals that the optimal location of network management nodes exhibits stronger network centrality compared to other nodes.
