Mathematical Model of Strain Gauge Transducer Based on Elastic Composite
Measurement of deformations (compression, tension and torsion) arising from mechanical actions on various material objects has a wide practical application in systems of automatic control of technological processes, as well as control of large mechanical loads on technical objects (pumps, turbine blades, frames, etc.). Development of a mathematical model for strain gauges will allow at the design stage to optimise the main parameters with maximum adaptation for the measured object. The Gumbel-Gumbel model was used to account for the effect of temperature on the modes of change in the electrical conductivity of the composite under the applied mechanical action.
