Evaluation of In-Vehicle Voice System Based on FAHP-QFD Joint Analysis Method
The primary mission of an intelligent cabin is to enhance the user experience by meeting users' deep emotional needs. And the in-vehicle voice system is an important tool to achieve this goal, so the evaluation of its usage experience has become a focus of automotive product development. But in addition to functional evaluation, voice interaction systems also involve a lot of subjective perception content, which is difficult to be completed solely by objective testing. Therefore, how to establish a product evaluation theory based on subjective evaluation and bridge the distance between the research and use ends becomes an important proposition. This paper takes the in-vehicle voice system as the research object and attempts to build a scientific performance evaluation method using the combined analysis of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and quality function deployment (QFD). The rationality of the method is proved through the analysis of practical cases.
