A Method of Electrical Network Nodes Selection for Allocating Devices Mitigated Intermittent Voltage Unbalance

The paper is dedicated to intermittent voltage unbalance (IVU) in the electrical networks with traction load. Dynamic modeling of unbalanced modes in a network fragment in MATLAB Simulink was performed. A method of nodes selection for allocating devices mitigated intermittent voltage unbalance in the electrical networks with traction load was proposed. The software based on the method was developed.

Abstract

The paper is dedicated to intermittent voltage unbalance (IVU) in the electrical networks with traction load. Dynamic modeling of unbalanced modes in a network fragment in MATLAB Simulink was performed. A method of nodes selection for allocating devices mitigated intermittent voltage unbalance in the electrical networks with traction load was proposed. The software based on the method was developed.
