Abstract

This technology is used to solve the problem of independent and difficult linkage between scheduling telephone and human-machine work services. By establishing a multimedia scheduling communication system for human-machine workstations, the scheduling telephone can be extended to the scheduling data communication network, supporting the integration of scheduling telephone services and scheduling business systems on human-machine workstations. On the one hand, establish a dispatch telephone software terminal system for the human-machine workstation, which is compatible with traditional dispatch stations for answering dispatch calls, and adds proxy answering or dialing of dispatch calls on the human-machine workstation; On the other hand, building a scheduling communication platform for human-machine workstations, providing open interfaces for integration and calling of scheduling business systems, realizing a wider range of intelligent scheduling communication applications such as one click phone call relationship personnel in the plant station diagram, automatic association of plant station information for listening, etc., enabling human-machine workstations to better serve scheduling duty personnel[1].
