Development and Implementation Experience of Regional Human Resources Capacity Management System: Authority Subsystem

The problem of incompleteness or absence of data on the personnel of enterprises in the developed region human resources capacity management system is considered. Changes in the system interface are described, simplifying the work with it for untrained users from enterprises, loading data into it for the first time. Algorithms of data extrapolation, allowing to eliminate the identified problem to a large extent, are considered in detail. The description is illustrated with video frames of the system.
