Impact of COVID-19 and Changes in Regulatory Documents on Technological Connections and Disconnections in Electric Networks
The dependence between the dynamics of technological connections in the Oryol region and the self-isolation period, as well as with the increase in the cost of technological connection in accordance with the version of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2011 N 1178, is revealed. It is shown that for 2018-2023, there was a significant decline in the number of concluded contracts for technological connection, but in 2023 the number of contracts returned to the 2018 figure and continues to grow. A significant impact on the number of shutdowns of the self-isolation period due to COVID-19 was revealed, since in 2020 the number of scheduled repairs decreased by 38% compared to 2019. In turn, due to a decrease in the number of scheduled repairs, there was an increase in emergency shutdowns in 2022 - by 1.5 times, 2023 - by 5.7 times.
