SAPAD- AHP- QFD-Based Emotional Cockpit Design Study for Novice Drivers
In this study, the SAPAD-AHP-QFD fusion research method is used to obtain information about novice drivers' needs for smart cockpits, and transform them into design features to propose practical solutions to improve the driving experience and emotional satisfaction of novice drivers. Firstly, the daily behavior information of novice drivers is obtained through observation and interview, and the mapping analysis of “behavior-product-meaning” is completed according to SAPAD theory, and user needs are extracted through cluster analysis; secondly, the weight analysis of user needs is carried out by using the AHP method, and the weight value of each need is obtained; finally, the quality of the intelligent emotional cockpit is constructed according to the QFD theory, and the design features are transformed into design features to propose practical solutions to improve the driving experience and emotional satisfaction of novice drivers. Finally, the QFD theory is used to construct the quality house of the intelligent emotional cockpit, and the user requirements are transformed into specific design features to guide the design practice. The results of the study show that novice drivers often experience negative emotions such as nervousness and fear when driving, and in order to alleviate this emotion, it is necessary to introduce affective computing technology as the support of interaction design in the smart cockpit scenario. At the same time, the study also provides a theoretical and practical system for constructing a research path for product and interaction design based on affective computing technology.
