Low Power Low Noise and High Sensitivity FSK/OOK Wake-Up Receiver
This paper presents a low-power, low-noise, and high-sensitivity FSK/OOK wake-up receiver. In the RF front end, a common-gate LNA is stacked with a $4 x$ sub-harmonic mixer, sharing current to reduce the power burden on the local oscillator. For the first intermediate frequency, an N-path filter/mixer (NPFM) with a frequency-shift technique is employed for channel selection and demodulation. This receiver is designed using 90 nm CMOS technology, achieving a simulated noise figure of 5.4 dB and a sensitivity of $\mathbf{- 1 0 3 ~ d B m}$, with a power consumption of $183 \mu \mathrm{W}$.
