Generation of a Rule Base Based on Clustering of a Training Set

For fuzzy systems, the rule base is the foundation that ensures high quality solutions to applied problems. This paper discusses the following aspects of forming rule bases: the fuzzy rule base generation algorithm, rule base quality assurance, simplification of a rule base. The theoretical part is applied to solve the task of medical diagnosis.
