Using the method of questionnaire interview, which collecting data in Anhui, China, and regression analysis, this research finds out that comprehensive environment and recreation of nursing home have positive relationship with elder's subjective well-being. While comprehensive service factor has a negative relationship with elder's subjective well-being because of the “Over Care” situation. Therefore, in order to increase the occupancy rate, Chinese nursing home should keep improve their quality of operating condition including environment, service and recreation. However, paying attention to elder's mental health at the same time is also necessary in order to prevent “Over Care” situation.
