Scholar Network System for Protecting Intellectual Property Rights Based on Blockchain Technology

The purpose of this study is to preserve scholars’ and intellectual property rights by presenting a blockchain- based scholar network system. Conventional centralized aca- demic platforms, such as SCHOLAR, face challenges related to data security, safeguarding intellectual property, protecting scholars' rights and interests, and balancing user trust. This system creates a secure and reliable platform for information sharing and academic discussion using blockchain technology's decentralization, tampering, and transparency properties. The system architecture is made in the spring model view controller (MVC) framework and features a Web terminal, an applet terminal, and background management. The primary features are the uploading and depositing of academic achievements, the interaction among researchers, and the intelligent contract administration of intellectual property rights. In addition to pro-viding a fresh technological approach to safeguarding academic rights, interests, and intellectual property, the system successfully addresses the shortcomings of conventional academic platforms.
