Development of Strategy and Tactics of Negotiations in Reflexive-Active Systems of Artificial Heterogeneous Intelligent Agents

The paper is devoted to the methods for developing negotiation strategy and tactics by reflexive artificial intelligent agents. These methods allow them to achieve own goals during negotiations with other agents regarding the solution of a problem posed to the system. The ability of agents, as a result of reflexive modeling of each other and themselves, to coordinate goals, domain models, and problem-solving protocols during negotiations makes it possible to dynamically change the system's composition and maintain the ability to work together when including new agents with a “point of view” on the problem that differs from the established one in the current composition of agents. Due to this, a reflexive-active system of artificial heterogeneous intelligent agents is capable of self-organization in the strong sense, which significantly simplifies its design.
