Study of Functional And Instrumental Heterogeneity of the Problem of Assessing the Patients' Body State
A workload of doctors increases significantly every year due to the growing volume and variety of processed often atypical and ambiguous symptomatic information, information on the etiology, and pathogenesis of diseases. This often leads to fatal errors in assessing the patients' body state (diagnostic and prognostic). This work is devoted to the definition of specific features of the decomposition of the problem of assessing the patients' body state and assessing the functional heterogeneity of the problem. We also presented the results of the choice of basic methods for solving tasks from the structure of such problems as well as the results of the selection of autonomous methods for solving tasks from the decomposition of the problem under the study considered on the example of acute pancreatitis (assessment of instrumental heterogeneity).
