Research and Implementation of Mm-Wave SAR Near-Field Imaging System
Mm-wave radar has gradually become a hot selection topic for small radar imaging systems due to its advantages such as high imaging resolution, low platform load requirements, and low system energy consumption. This article focuses on research and implementation of a small mm-wave radar imaging system using FMCW mm-wave radar as a platform. This article analyzes the working principle of mm-wave FMCW radar and the factors that affect its performance indicators, a small Geometric modeling of mm-wave imaging system is designed. With 77GHz mm-wave sensor of TI as the core equipment, an experimental platform was built, and based on the APP Designer tool in MATLAB, a small mm-wave imaging system software is designed to control the entire experimental platform and process data. By selecting different target setting plane two-dimensional scenes, analyzing and comparing the imaging effects, the imaging capability of the millimeter-wave radar imaging system for targets is validated.
