CULTURA JURÍDICA AMBIENTAL EN MANEJO DE RESIDUOS SÓLIDOS DE CONSTRUCCIÓN EN LA BAHÍA DEL CALLAO, PERÚ
The present research aimed to understand the impact of environmental legal culture on compliance with the regulatory framework governing the management of construction solid waste. This qualitative study was conducted in a real context, utilizing methods such as observation, document collection, and semi-structured interviews with stakeholders directly involved in the issue of inadequate waste management. The findings revealed that this area faces a serious socio-environmental problem due to pollution caused by informal dumping sites controlled by criminal gangs. This phenomenon reflected a lack of knowledge and indifference towards existing regulations and the severe environmental consequences resulting from these actions.
