Features of the macrofauna of soils of artificial green spaces of the Volgograd region

The article presents the results of studying the influence of anthropogenic transformation of the Penza-Kamensk forest belt on the species composition, density and trophic structure of geobionts. The object of the study: a three-lane shelterbelt (Volgograd region, Belye Prudy village) consisting of Acer negundo and Fraxinus pennsylvanica plantings. The research results showed that on the sites of the BP 2-21 and BP 1-21 forest belts, the dominant group was zoophages (40%), the share of saprophages accounted for more than 26%. The lowest density of predatory geobionts was recorded in the BP 4-21 forest belt, where a high density of saprophages (69%) was noted, represented mainly by Lumbricidae. It was concluded that forest shelterbelts are a natural reservoir of hygrophilic and mesophilic invertebrates of steppe agrocenoses.
