Basic Topological Design Provisions of a Methodological Toolkit for Assessing the Effectiveness of Intellectual Property Commercialization
The article presents a methodological toolkit for assessing the possibility of intellectual property commercialization, designed to determine the potential of market exploitation of intellectual property objects in terms of obtaining economic benefits for patent holders and relevant participants of commercialization projects.
