Project organizations as subjects of strategic development of the Republic of Bashkortostan

This article discusses the main problems of the oil and gas industry in the context of the strategic development of oil and gas enterprises and design organizations using the example of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The problems that have arisen in design organizations engaged in architectural construction and industrial design are analyzed. One of the main problems is the reduction in the republican market of design companies that became the heirs of large Soviet design institutes and managed to develop their competencies in the conditions of modern industrial construction. Ways to solve the problems of oil and gas enterprises in the region related to the transformation of design organizations are proposed. The significance of the events is assessed from the standpoint of the state’s interest and support in the preservation and development of medium and large design institutes aimed at creating the strategic effectiveness of the region’s development. The choice of industry priorities for coordinated interaction between design organizations and oil and gas enterprises is substantiated.
