MODELING THE IMPACT OF MAGNETIC RESONANCE PROCESSING OF MATERIALS AND ITS EXPERIMENTAL CONFIRMATION

This article focuses on analyzing the impact of magnetic resonance processing on materials and the practical verification of modeling results. By examining the complex effects of magnetic fields and resonant vibrations on the microstructure of materials, the article contributes to understanding the mechanisms of strengthening and enhancing material properties. The authors have developed mathematical models that describe the dynamics of interaction between magnetic fields and mechanical vibrations and have conducted a series of experiments to verify these models. The results demonstrate an increase in hardness, wear resistance, and other key characteristics of the processed materials, confirming the potential of magnetic resonance processing in mechanical engineering. The study also highlights the significance of this technology for optimizing the life cycle of products, from design to disposal, contributing to the sustainable development of the industry.
