CONSTRUCTION OF A FRONTAL PROJECTION OF A PLOUGHSHARE-MOLDBOARD DEVICE THAT FORMS RIDGES FOR GARDEN STRAWBERRIES
. Various means of mechanization use ridge formers with rakes, the design of which is known working bodies installed in the front part of the frame, often not adapted to this process, used for growing garden strawberries on raised ridges. Therefore, the development of new, specialized tools that allow you to form a ridge of the required size is an urgent task. A specialized design of a rake based on a plow working body and a method for constructing its ploughshare-moldboard surface are proposed in the article. The purpose of this work is to construct a frontal projection of a ploughshare-moldboard rake for cultivating garden strawberries, taking into account the geometric parameters of the ridges. The main difference from a standard plow body is that it does not wrap the soil layer in an open furrow, but raises it to the soil surface and forms a ridge with vertical walls and side slopes. This requires changing the shape of the ploughshare and the moldboard in the frontal projection, bringing it closer to the shape of the cross-section of the ridge, which requires a significant increase in the height of the moldboard. In addition, the rake is supplemented with a removable working element for leveling the upper horizontal platform on which the seedlings are to be planted. The proposed design of the rake will form a ridge with specified dimensions and leveled working and side planes. The entire area of the field will be occupied by landing sites, side slopes and intermediate paths of minimum width.
