Experimental studies of the technical and operational parameters of wheeled power equipment in production conditions
When operating machine-tractor aggregates, one of the main indicators affecting its performance is the tangential thrust force developed by the propellers of an energy vehicle. At the same time, it should be noted that its value is greatly influenced by the state of the surface along which this energy medium moves. In other words, the tangential thrust force directly depends on the physical and mechanical properties of the soil layer of the movement surface. It is noted that when a wheeled power vehicle moves along waterlogged clay and heavy loamy soils, a negative effect is observed, expressed in complete sticking of the propellant by the soil, which leads to a loss of movement of the unit and an increase in man-made effects on the fertile layer. To eliminate the stuck soil layer there are the results of experimental studies of a wheeled tractor of the MTZ type, equipped with a cleaning device that allows to stabilize the traction and power characteristics of the tractor in conditions of high humidity and stickiness.
