Biological activity of leached chernozem in soybean cultivation using organic farming technology

Organic farming technology is currently used in many regions of the country. Almost the entire range of agricultural crops is grown using this technology. At the same time, crop productivity decreases by 20–30 %. Soybean cultivation using microbiological preparations increases the activity of soil microbiota. The number of ammonifying bacteria was 5.4–12.9 times higher than their number in the control variant and with traditional technology, respectively. This indicates a cumulative effect of using biological preparations and improving soil conditions for this group of microorganisms. When introducing biological preparations, the fungistatic properties of leached chernozem increase. This leads to a decrease in the number of soil micromycetes and fungi of the genus Fusarium, which cause diseases of cultivated field crops.
