Theoretical analysis of the sources of hazards of crop production technologies and innovative ways to eliminate them
The article notes the indispensability of agricultural production in world and domestic practice in terms of providing food to the population. Attention was drawn to the support of the industry by the country's leadership, its success in meeting domestic needs and export supplies. It is noted that the production processes in the agro-industrial complex as a whole and in its agricultural production do not fully ensure the constitutional provisions regarding the safety and harmlessness of workers in the agricultural sector of the country, information is provided on the level of injuries and occupational diseases over the past 2–3 years. It is noted that the industry as a whole occupies 3–4 places among the worst structures of the OKVED in terms of occupational injuries. In this regard, it is noted that it is necessary to strengthen theoretical and practical preventive measures in the direction of dynamic reduction and elimination of occupational injuries. An analysis of production technologies, methods and means of their implementation confirmed that agricultural technologies are the leading generators in the industry in 55% of cases and methods and means of their implementation in 35–37%. So, the efforts of scientific and practical activities should be given close attention in all areas of prevention. The article focuses on the theoretical analysis of crop production technologies – the basic sub-sector in the agro-industrial complex, and ways to block the transition of potential hazards into injuries and diseases. Examples of innovative author's developments on the implementation of the above in the full cycle of crop production are given. Analytical dependencies and interrelations of hazard generators are given due to their author's gradation into 4 groups. It is noted that, in addition to the innovative developments listed in the article on injury prevention in general in the agro-industrial complex, which are insufficiently used in production and especially in engineering and technical safety in agricultural machinery.
