Селекционно-генетические показатели осетровых различных генотипов в индустриальных условиях выращивания
This publication presents the conclusions of a study on the analysis of the selection and genetic characteristics of hybrid sturgeon fish in the process of their breeding in certain climatic conditions. The object of the study was sturgeon of various genotypes (Russian sturgeon - group 1, Siberian sturgeon - group 2, hybrids of Russian sturgeon with Siberian - group 3 and hybrids of Siberian sturgeon with Russian species - group 4). In a comparative aspect, the selection and genetic indicators of various genotypic groups of sturgeon fish species when grown in a closed water supply facility were determined. Based on the data of correlations between morphometric characteristics, heritability and repeatability coefficients, it was found that the difference in the studied characteristics is not significant. We can conclude that the morphometric characteristics of the following groups have the greatest correlation:r = 0.49 - average relationship between fishing length and total length,r = 0.22 - weak connection between the highest height and fishing length,r = 0.38 - positive weak relationship between head length and mass,r = 0.58 - positive relationship between girth and mass,r = 0.08 - there is a weak relationship between the highest body height and head length,r = 0.18 - relationship between body girth and maximum body height, r = 0.44 - average relationship between body girth and head length. Analysis of correlations of morphometric traits made it possible to establish that many exterior characteristics have high heritability, which may be due to both less dependence on environmental conditions and genetic heterogeneity. The data obtained can help to better understand the breeding and management of sturgeon populations in closed water supply conditions.
