Protection of plum from clusterosporiosis in the Republic of Tatarstan

The purpose of the research was a comparative assessment of the use of biological and chemical preparations in protecting varieties of domestic plum from clusterosporiosis in the Republic of Tatarstan. The objects of study were varieties of domestic plum (Prunus domestica L.) Sineokaya, Kazanskaya and hybrid 8-4-52. In the Republic of Tatarstan in 2020-2021, the plum variety Sineokaya showed significantly greater resistance to clusterosporiosis than the variety Kazanskaya and the hybrid 8-4-52. The biological effectiveness of the chemical preparation Skor and the biological preparation Baktofit turned out to be the same and varied from 30% (Sineokaya variety) to 55.2% (hybrid 8-4-52). The difference in the percentage of affected leaves with clusterosporiosis between the control plants and the treated preparations was significant. The share of the influence of drugs on the incidence of plum leaves with clusterosporiosis is 15.1%, the share of the influence of varieties is 3.5%, the share of the influence of the conditions of the year is 0.3%, the share of the influence of the interaction of drugs with varieties is 29.6%, the share of the influence of the interaction of drugs with the conditions of the year is 2.4%, the share of the influence of the interaction of varieties with the conditions of the year is 22.5%, the share of the effect of the interaction of drugs, varieties and conditions of the year is 17.4%. In plum breeding for resistance to clusterosporiosis, it is recommended to use the Sineokaya variety.
