Assessment of unpredictable factors affecting the formation of the microclimate in the livestock building
In order to improve the design of the thermal curtain and to assess the possibility of its use together with accelerating ventilation the study of air masses movement through the gate section during process operations was carried out. The research was carried out on the basis of Pogranichnoye LLC of Amur region, a cattle breeding complex for 1000 cattle. The effect of air inflow on the temperature background of production facilities was assessed, taking into account the zones of overheating and overcooling in the area of production facilities. Temperature and humidity in the premises were measured with a 100-TV logger, the record was made with a sampling rate of 1 time in 10 s. Characteristics of air flows in the section of openings were recorded using DCFM 8906 hot wire anemometer. The analysis of air exchange indices in the room was carried out. The equation of dependence of air exchange rate on outdoor air temperature was obtained, which is a logarithmic dependence and allows to predict the volume of air exchange in the room. At temperatures close to optimal for animal houses the equation of dependence is linear and requires additional research. The results obtained allow to state that the outdoor air inflow is closely related to the temperature gradient between the outdoor air and the temperature in the production facility, as well as to the direction and speed of the wind on the territory of the animal breeding complex. Based on the conducted research, the project of installation of a heat curtain with the possibility of its use as an air curtain for the period of positive temperatures is proposed. Currently, the installation is located at the facility and undergoes production testing.
