The structure of the modular training system for teachers of additional education in promising areas of use of unmanned systems

The purpose of the study is to substantiate and develop the structure of a professional retraining program for teachers of additional education in promising areas of the use of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) based on modular training. The article considers the problem of applying modular training to the retraining of teachers in the field of ALS. The structure of the modular training program for teachers of additional education in promising areas of use of unmanned systems in Russia, which consists of three large modules, is presented.: "Basic", "Industry-specific" and "Developmental". The modules are interconnected with each other, but solving their own specific didactic task. The convenience and versatility of the learning modules means that students can complete them at their own pace, providing a comprehensive and rewarding learning experience. The scientific novelty is due to the fact that a variable structure of a modular professional retraining program for teachers of additional education has been developed and theoretically substantiated in promising areas of using ALS, which allows teachers to be trained depending on their initial level of training and various industry orientations. As a result of the research, the structural system of the modular teacher training program is described in promising areas of using unmanned systems.
