Influence of physical students on the psycho- еmotional state of students in higher education institutions

The article analyzes modern approaches to determining the impact of physical activity on the psycho-emotional state of student youth in wartime. Thanks to the research methods we used, such as: the meta-analysis method, methods for determining the psycho-emotional state, questionnaires, methods of mathematical statistics. We obtained and analyzed data on various psychological states of students. 60 male students aged 17-18 years of the first year, who study full-time, participated in the research. They were divided into control and experimental groups of 30 people each. We conducted a comparative analysis of the psycho-emotional state of the subjects, which allowed us to determine that students who belonged to the control group have better indicators: stress resistance differs at a low (CG-18%, EG-7%) and high (CG-6%, EG-13%) level, anxiety has a difference at a low level in the control group, the indicators are 7% higher than in the experimental one, the obtained data on the level of general psychological well-being differ at a high level in the control group, this indicator is 11% higher than in the experimental one. Judging by the data obtained, it can be concluded that students in the control group who are more often involved in physical activity have a more stable psycho-emotional state.
