Characterization, epidemiology, and factors associated with evolution and survival in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis in southeastern Spain, 2008–2021: a population-based study
This study is one of few to evaluate the epidemiological, characteristics, and prognostic factors of ALS in Spain, with findings similar to previous population studies. The use of population-based registries offers reliable information on the magnitude, or evolution in these patients.
