Research on Influencing Factors that may Lead to Diabetes

For a long time, the related factors that may lead to diabetes have been a topic worth studying. Previous studies have shown that diabetes may be associated with obesity or pregnancy, but there are some unknown factors that have not been studied. In this paper, a binary logistic regression model will be used to analyze a diabetes dataset to study 8 possible factors that may lead to diabetes. The dataset consists of 768 samples, and contains the data of glucose, blood pressure, pregnancy, body mass index (BMI), Diabetes Pedigree function, skin thickness, insulin, and age these 8 influencing factors. They concluded that diabetes may be related to factors such as blood pressure, pregnancies, glucose, body mass index (BMI), and Diabetes Pedigree function, some of these factors may not have received much attention before. This literature provides a new direction for studying the causes of diabetes, and educating people about the dangers of diabetes and how to prevent it.
