A Gestão do Conhecimento na Formação do Piloto de Helicóptero da FAB

The present study registers an investigation of the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) helicopter pilot formation, regarding the Knowledge Management concepts. Inserted in the state of the art in order to base the research which investigate the FAB‘s Rotate Wings Operational Specialization Course (CEOAR). The knowledge management literature was reviewed through documental and bibliographic research, establishing some connections with some doctrinaire concepts, rules and proceedings adopted by Air Force Command (COMAER). In the results were described the mechanisms that could be contributing for the creation and the spreading out of the Brazilian Air Force‘s Rotate wings knowledge.
