Prolonged vs Intermittent Infusions of β-Lactam Antibiotics
To the Editor We have several concerns about the recent meta-analysis conducted by Dr Abdul-Aziz and colleagues,1 which investigated the efficacy of prolonged vs intermittent infusions of β-lactam antibiotics in adults with sepsis or septic shock.
