Relación entre Gestión de Liderazgo y Clima laboral en una institución educativa
Both leadership management and educational work environment are key components in deploying educational quality. Despite the recognized importance of educational management and leadership, these aspects are lacking in different educational institutions in Ecuador. The objective was to determine the relationship between the perceptions of teachers and managers on institutional leadership management and the educational work environment of the Santiago Apóstol Fiscomisional Educational Unit in the 2023 - 2024 school year. This study is a cross-sectional correlational study with a mixed approach. Data were collected through qualitative and quantitative techniques, specifically surveys and interviews. The survey was validated using Cronbach's alpha test as a reliability indicator. The population consisted of twenty-seven teachers and five directors of the institution. The results were analyzed using Pearson's coefficient. There is a significant correlation between leadership management and work climate; however, weaknesses were found in both topics. There is a need to strengthen leadership management so that it can be conveniently related to the work climate and the educational quality required by the Ministry of Education can be achieved
