Psychometric properties of the revised quality of nursing diagnosis, interventions, and outcomes instrument: A validation study
The revised Q-DIO R proved to be a valid and reliable tool for assessing the quality of nursing documentation in Italy. Its use can help improve nursing practices by supporting more accurate diagnosis and better care planning, ultimately leading to enhanced patient outcomes. Further research is recommended to explore other factors that may influence the quality of nursing care planning.
